For owners who rent out villas, holiday homes or apartments, and for the agencies that sell them. The owner manages the calendar; agencies join with a calendar code and send requests and options.

Every listing has its own code. An agency you share it with enters the code from its own account and joins the listing's calendar. You can end the membership at any time.

An option that isn't confirmed within the time you set drops automatically and the dates reopen. If an agency is waiting for those dates, the next one in line is notified immediately.

Yes. Add the iCal (.ics) link the platform gives you to your listing and booked days are imported at regular intervals. Add the export link Villa Takvimi gives you to that platform for two-way sync. iCal sync isn't instant; platforms fetch calendars periodically.

The system won't accept two options or confirmed bookings with overlapping dates on the same listing. If a block from an external channel collides with an existing booking, a conflict is recorded and you're notified right away.

The Starter plan is free for up to 5 listings and doesn't require a credit card. If plan terms ever change, we'll let our users know in advance.

Yes. Price visibility can be switched on or off per agency; seeing the calendar doesn't mean seeing the prices.

Our iOS and Android apps are on the way. Until then, the web panel is comfortable to use on your phone.

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is backed up regularly. Your calendar links are stored encrypted, and personal data is processed under Turkey's data protection law (KVKK).
