These terms govern the use of the Villa Takvimi website, web panel and mobile apps (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these terms.
1. The Service
Villa Takvimi is cloud software where owners and agencies manage shared calendars, options, bookings, prices and channel sync. The Service is not a party to any accommodation contract.
2. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account details. Actions taken in your account are deemed yours.
3. User obligations
Users are responsible for keeping listing details (including licence numbers) accurate and current, and for running their rental activity in line with applicable law.
4. Fees
The Starter plan is free for up to 5 listings. Pro plan fees are set by quote; payment and refund terms are communicated separately at the time of order.
5. External platforms
iCal sync relies on links provided by third-party platforms. Villa Takvimi cannot be held liable for consequences of delays, outages or incorrect data on those platforms.
6. Limitation of liability

7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. Accounts may be suspended or closed if these terms are breached.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of [city] have jurisdiction over disputes.
